During the 14th webinar in our Collaboratives in Action series we heard from Church Health, a charitable clinic in Shelby County, Tennessee. Memphis, TN is a municipality with a strong healthcare safety net due to the city’s high prevalence of poverty, chronic conditions, and uninsured rates. In the early days of the pandemic, this safety net was called upon to lead the community-based COVID-19 testing response. This presentation will describe their journey of collaboration, cooperation, and data-informed shared decision making to stand up COVID test sites where the community needed it most, increasing community-based tests from 4,000 to over 10,000 per week in 4 months.
