During the 15th Webinar in our Collaboratives in Action: Responding to COVID-19 series, we heard from Care Transformation Collaborative-Rhode Island (CTC-RI). They reviewed how adult and pediatric primary care practices have created the new normal for integrated behavioral health (IBH); discussed how data comparing pre-COVID to post-COVID for IBH and Social Determinants of Health had impacted decision-making; and analyzed how staffing and burnout had impacted Rhode Island primary care practices with IBH.
