During the 10th webinar of our Collaboratives in Action: Responding to COVID-19 series we heard from NRHI member, California Quality Collaborative (CQC) and Maryland Health Care Commission’s (MHCC). CQC discussed how they launched support for independent primary care practices and IPAs around telehealth implementation and COVID-19 response. They also talked how they incorporated their stakeholder’s user feedback into their quality collaborative program design.
Second presenter, Maryland Health Care Commission talked about their Telehealth Virtual Resource Center, a dedicated web page with resources to assist practices with telehealth implementation during the COVID-19 public health crisis and beyond. They also highlighted how they are building awareness among consumers about the utility of telehealth as an option for care which minimizes exposure to COVID-19.
