During the 9th webinar Collaboratives in Action: Responding to COVID-19, Healthcare Collaborative of Greater Columbus (HCGC), talked about their partnership with the local health department in providing contact tracing and care coordination for citizens who speak English as a second language. The focus was on using community health workers’ unique position in the communities in which they serve to provide trusted, reliable contact tracing and care coordination services, ensuring that citizens are provided with sustainable connections to care and services even after the contact tracing process is completed.
