(January 11, 2011) The Institute for Clinical Systems Improvement appointed Sanne Magnan, M.D., Ph.D. as its new President and Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Magnan was ICSI’s President in 2006-2007 before being appointed Minnesota Commissioner of Health in 2007.
