NRHI Member Mountain-Pacific Quality Health was featured on PBS NewsHour segment for their project focused on reducing unnecessary emergency rooms visits for rural Montana’s sickest patient population – the project is called “Transforming Complex Care.” Mountain-Pacific received special innovation funding from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to do this work in three communities in Montana – Kalispell (featured in this segment), Billings, and Helena.
