A report from the U.S. Governmental Accountability Office , “Certain Physician Feedback Reporting Practices of Private Entities Could Improve CMS’s Efforts”, describes the ways that private entities, including Regional Health Improvement Collaboratives, provide performance information to physicians. Three of the nine entities interviewed for the report — the Iowa Healthcare Collaborative, the Maine Health Management Coalition, and the Oregon Health Care Quality Corporation — are NRHI Members.
