The Designing and Evaluating Quality Improvement Programs series offered a framework for navigating the world of quality improvement, including leadership and culture needed for a successful QI environment, commonly used strategies and methods, techniques for building the business case and strategies for working with practice facilitators.
In the third module in this series, Aleece Caron PhD, Senior Medical Educator at The MetroHealth System and Senior Consultant at Better Health Partnership,  talks about the importance of building a strong business case for QI projects. Dr. Caron  walked through the steps to build a business case and provide examples of how this can be done in practice
